Shipping within the European Union

Orders are dispatched from Berlin within 2 business days.

Shipping within the EU is free on orders over €100, excluding Malta and Cyprus. For other orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Your statutory rights in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
